    • We use GPRS to deliver real-time crime alerts and enable features like "Follow Me."
    • Location data is used only while the app is active and with your permission.

    • Reports are anonymized. We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) when you submit a report. We do need email address and phone number to assist us with reporting purposes and to ensure accuracy of reporting.
    • We may store incident metadata (e.g., time, location, type) to improve service accuracy.

    We may collect non-personal data such as device type, operating system, and app version for performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

    D. Optional Personal Info

    If you choose to use the "Follow Me" feature, you may provide a trusted contact's phone number or email. This is stored securely and used only for that feature.

    The Family App can be used to protect children, but has to be registered through the App by an adult.
